Can we set up on pavement, basketball courts, or other hard surfaces ?

Yes you can! We use sandbags to secure our inflatables when we set up on hard surfaces. Please let us know if your event is going to take place on a hard surface.

Do you have insurance?

Yes! We are a fully insured commercial business. We can provide a copy of our insurance upon request. Most venues will request a copy of our insurance before they will give you approval for an inflatable.

Can we rent an inflatable overnight?

Yes! Additional fees will apply for overnight rentals.

When can we expect our inflatable delivery and pickup?

When you book your inflatable we send a timeframe window of our delivery and our pickup times. We send a text message to the number you provide when we are 30 minutes away.
